-Steps and rules PPR-
A work production plan should be approved by the head of a general contracting construction and installation company, while a method statement for crane operation should be approved by the head of the relevant subcontracting company as agreed with the general contractor.
The head or their representative being in charge of the company then approves the work production plan for refurbishment, extension, and technical re-equipment of the operating production (building, facility).
The persons who approve work production plans shall be certified professionals in industrial safety at hazardous industrial facilities within the scope of the relevant regulations.
A work production plan with the use of hoisting equipment is approved by owners of such equipment.
Deviations from CMS solutions are allowed in the work production plan development only with prior approval of the company developed CMS.
Areas of industrial hazard related to technical processes and working conditions, when using hoisting equipment, shall be determined in accordance with SNiP 12-03-2001 in construction method statement (CMS), others – in the work production plan.
When developing design solutions for the arrangement of construction and production sites or work areas, it is vital to determine areas hazardous for people.
The work production plan is then delivered to the construction site prior to the commencement of works.
Prior to the commencement of construction and installation works with the use of hoisting machinery, the contractor, and administration of the company – owner of the facility – shall issue an operation certificate.

The composition and content of projects for the production of works are established by SNiP 12.01.-2004 «Organization of construction», as well as RD-11-06-2007. The design solutions and measures to be reflected in the projects for the production of work with the use of hoisting machines, in addition, are determined by the Safety Rules for Hazardous Production Facilities using lifting structures approved by Rostechnadzor.

Installation and dismantling of process equipment is crucial in building, reconstructing or refurbishing of production plants and facilities. OOO PPRK-Service has a vast experience in development of work production plans in this field:
